What is the One-Stop?
One-Stop is part of a national initiative to combine employment, education, and training services into a coherent network of resources.  The Solano Employment Connection has 23 partners from Federal, State and County government, along with local and community based organizations linking job seekers with access to employment and training resources and linking employers to a variety of qualified applicants.

What types of services does the One-Stop offer?
The One-Stop offers employment resources and services specially customized to both job seekers and employers. Services include job search; skills workshops; computer and Internet access; online job postings; use of office equipment; employer’s recruitments; and facilities for training classes and other recruiting events. Where can I find the locations of the other employment One-Stops?
Since the One-Stop system is part of a national initiative, One-Stops are located virtually in every county in every state.  Click here and type the city/state or zip code in the Search window at the top left corner of the page to access where other One-Stop Career Centers can be found.

Is there a fee for the One-Stop services?
There is no charge for using the One-Stop's core services and facilities.

Are there eligibility requirements for using One-Stop services?
Services are available to adults age 18 and over, as well as youth between the ages of 16 and 24.

How do I begin using services at the One-Stop Centers?
For a complete understanding of our comprehensive programs and services, we recommend browsing our website.  You can also visit either of our two One Stop Centers and meet with our staff about your job search or employee needs.  Before you come in, you can print a membership application to bring with you.
